Arthritis

Arthritis is a condition characterised by inflammation, stiffness and pain within the joints. It can affect one or multiple joints and may impact mobility, flexibility and overall quality of life. There are many different forms of arthritis, including osteoarthritis, which is associated with joint wear and degeneration, and rheumatoid arthritis, an autoimmune condition that causes inflammation within the joints.

Common symptoms may include joint pain, swelling, stiffness, reduced range of movement and discomfort that can worsen with activity or after periods of rest. In some cases, fatigue and inflammation may also affect overall wellbeing.

A naturopathic approach to arthritis focuses on supporting joint health, reducing inflammation and improving quality of life through nutrition, lifestyle medicine and personalised care strategies
