Are nutrition plans personalised?
Yes, all plans are personalised to suit your health needs/goals, dietary preferences and the root cause of your health dysfunction. This is different for everybody.
Is ongoing support provided?
Absolutely, I offer continuous support to ensure that you stay on track. There is no judgement if you're finding it tough, we will work through it together.
Will I need to undertake testing?
The need for testing depends on each individual client's needs. Some testing may be available through the NHS whereas other testing is only available through private laboratories. We can work together to determine the benefits of testing and what will work within your budget.
What if I have specific dietary restrictions?
Not a problem, I take all dietary restrictions and preferences into account when creating your plan.
Do you offer virtual consultations?
Yes, I provide virtual consultations to make my services accessible to all. You can find booking links in the services section.
